Google CodeF Poland is an exclusive career mentoring programme for female computer scientists. Its goal is to help female students in their personal and technical development and support them in pursuing a career in technology.

The programme will kick off on March 9 and will last 8 to 12 weeks. It will consist of 8 mentoring meetings to be held in Google’s Krakow office and virtually.  

Successful applicants will each be assigned a fantastic Google engineer as a mentor who will offer guidance on:

• improving technical skills
• solving tasks related to studies
• confidence building
• career planning
• developing personal and professional skills
• learning about Google products and services

Google CodeF is exclusively for female computer scientists studying in Poland who have not yet graduated. You do not necessarily need to be studying computer science, but you must have coding skills in at least one of: C++, Java or Python.

We are also running the CodeF programme in the UK and Germany.
